Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join the Insurance Team in Glasgow. The role involves managing your own caseload across litigated and non-litigated claims, including employer liability, public liability, road traffic and medical negligence.

You will need a minimum of 4 years’ PQE with strong personal injury experience and the ability to attend courts across Scotland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ PQE in Personal Injury
• Strong PI experience across litigated and non-litigated matters
• Experience of making regular court appearances in Scotland
• Supervising junior team members desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of Personal Injury cases, including litigated and non-litigated matters
• Coordinate with the Insurance Team to progress claims and settlements
