Job summary

Raigmore Hospital, Inverness, is seeking a Senior Charge Nurse / Senior Charge Practitioner to lead the Elective Theatre Team. The post requires a Registered Nurse (Adult) or HCPC Registered ODP with substantial perioperative experience and strong leadership skills.

You will oversee theatre activity, workforce planning and governance, ensuring safe patient care and efficient service delivery across multiple surgical specialties in a busy elective setting.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (Adult) or HCPC Registered ODP with perioperative experience.
Experience leading perioperative teams and improving service quality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
