Job summary

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with substantial post-registration perioperative experience.
• HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner with perioperative experience.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management and coordination of elective theatre activity.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality perioperative care.
• Workforce planning, staff development and governance in elective perioperative services.
• Drive service improvements, ethics and patient safety across the theatre pathway.
• Collaborate with surgical, anaesthetic and operational colleagues to optimise theatre utilisation.
