We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead Adzuna’s global paid marketing efforts. You’ll own all performance marketing activity across search, display, app, and emerging channels, playing a key role in driving user acquisition and delivering advertiser value.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll manage a small team and oversee significant marketing budgets. This role blends hands-on optimisation with high-level strategic thinking, working across teams to fuel sustainable growth, support LTV-based decision-making, and improve marketing efficiency globally.
You’ll be joining at a pivotal time in Adzuna’s journey, as we expand internationally and integrate AI and new technology to transform the way people find better, more fulfilling jobs.
