Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing consumer AI company seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to join its Growth team. The role is hands-on, owning paid acquisition campaigns across mainstream channels with large monthly media spend.

Location: Remote (Europe/Asia). Employment type: B2B engagement preferred. You will drive CAC/CPA/ROAS decisions, scale campaigns across markets, and test creative variants to optimise subscriptions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on paid acquisition with direct campaign ownership.
• Personally manages monthly spend of $300K+.
• Demonstrable results linked to CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV or payback.
• B2C acquisition background in consumer apps/subscriptions/DTC/gaming.
• Owns creative testing decisions.
• Decides what to test, scale and stop.
• Strong understanding of acquisition and subscription economics.
• Comfortable with adult-AI companionship context.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns.
• Directly control and allocate significant monthly acquisition budgets.

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing consumer AI company that is seeking to onboard a Senior Performance Marketer to join its Growth team.

The role is highly hands-on, with direct ownership of paid acquisition campaigns, significant monthly media spend and creative testing decisions across mainstream consumer channels. The successful candidate drives commercial performance and helps scale acquisition across international markets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personally launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns

• Directly control and allocate significant monthly acquisition budgets

• Monitor and optimise CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback performance

• Own creative testing decisions, including what to test, scale or stop

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across B2C consumer channels

• Scale campaigns across multiple markets and platforms

• Conduct high-volume creative testing to identify scalable acquisition opportunities

• Analyse subscription funnel and cohort economics to support commercial decisions

• Optimise web and subscription funnels to improve acquisition performance

• Allocate budgets across channels based on performance and commercial priorities

• Monitor account restrictions and resolve acquisition challenges where relevant

• Use performance and attribution tools to analyse campaign effectiveness

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Proven hands-on paid acquisition experience with direct campaign ownership

• Personally controlled spend of $300K+ per month

• Recent demonstrable commercial results linked to CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV or payback

• Strong B2C acquisition background within consumer apps, subscriptions, DTC, gaming or dating/social

• Experience personally deciding what to test, scale and stop

• Strong understanding of acquisition and subscription economics
