Job summary

What we're looking for

• $300K+ monthly spend personally controlled
• Hands-on campaign launch and optimisation experience
• Strong B2C acquisition background
• Demonstrable recent CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV or payback results
• Personally owns creative testing and scaling decisions
• Can clearly isolate personal spend, decisions and results
• Comfortable working for an adult-AI companionship company Avoid Strategy-only profiles, Agency-management-only profiles, B2B demand generation, Product marketing, Partnerships, Social media, Account management, Affiliate management, Anyone who cannot isolate their own spend, decisions and results
