• Substantial experience in performance management, performance analysis, business intelligence or data analytics.
• Practical experience using Power BI to build dashboards, analyse data and communicate findings.
• Strong data analytics and quantitative skills, with ability to interrogate data and answer business questions.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including understanding revenue, costs and profitability.
• Experience defining meaningful KPIs, establishing performance measures and evaluating progress.
• Proven ability to turn analysis into actionable recommendations that improve performance.
• Experience owning analytical work from question to presenting recommendations to influence decisions.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain performance frameworks across digital products and services, defining KPIs, targets and success measures.
• Work with business teams to identify commercial and operational questions needing data.
• Analyse data to build a connected view of performance across products, channels and markets.
• Use Power BI to build, develop and improve dashboards and reporting for business decisions.
• Apply quantitative analysis to investigate trends and assess performance changes.
• Identify risks, underperformance and opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement and profitability.
• Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and commercial implications.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and build support for action.
• Collaborate with finance on planning, forecasting, cost analysis and pricing decisions.
• Support ROI analysis and benefit realisation across initiatives.
