The HR Business Partner, Sr. Manager, acts as a strategic HR partner within our organization, advising on talent management, performance, change management, culture, and employee relations.

PRIMARY DUTIES
  1. Facilitate effective communication, lead through change, and foster cultural progress.
  2. Drive organizational and operational alignment across multiple locations.
  3. Advise leadership on employee relations, talent management, learning and development, culture, and talent acquisition.
  4. Create a positive and engaging employee experience.
  5. Develop talent pipelines through capability, competency development, and succession planning.
  6. Implement strategic talent initiatives to attract and retain talent.
  7. Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning and Organizational Development teams.
  8. Recommend and execute HR and business solutions.
  9. Utilize reports and best practices to inform recommendations.
  10. Partner with Total Rewards to develop relevant programs.
  11. Ensure compliance with laws and HR policies.
  12. Manage a team of HR professionals, guiding their development.
  13. Perform duties aligned with company policies and goals.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • 7+ years of relevant HR generalist experience.
  • Knowledge of European and regional employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Workday experience beneficial) and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage conflict and exercise good judgment.
  • Effective relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze business metrics and external conditions.
  • Resilient and adaptable in challenging situations.
  • People management experience preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
