Orbital is seeking a dedicated People Partner for a product engineering group. You will coach engineering leaders on performance, team health and complex people situations, while designing scalable people tools and programmes.

Expect to start with a line manager capability programme and bring hands-on UK employment law experience in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment. You will diagnose before designing, and thrive without a preset playbook, supporting a growing company navigating the AI era
