Senior People Business Partner
Location: Cromwell Hospital and Specialist Diagnostic Centres, London
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time, 37.5hrs
Hybrid Working – up to 3 days per week on site (London)
Salary: Up to £80,000 depending on experience + Management Bonus Scheme (10%)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior People Business Partner with expertise in M&A or Growth environments to join our People team. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our hospital and diagnostic centres as we embark on an exciting expansion journey. If you have a passion for driving meaningful change, delivering outstanding people outcomes, and successfully managing projects from inception to completion, this position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the healthcare sector.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Associate HR Director and possess experience in TUPE or mergers and acquisitions, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Leadership, data analytics, and project management skills are essential for this role.
About the Role
As a Senior People Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the Hospital and Diagnostic Centres. You will lead the implementation of various people plans and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives to drive sustainable performance, regulatory excellence, and a positive workplace culture. Additionally, you will play a significant role in major change programs, workforce planning, and organisational development programs.
