Our client is looking for a Senior Pensions Manager to join their experienced team delivering outsourced pensions management and scheme secretarial services across a diverse client base.
This role offers a hybrid working model and the opportunity to make a real impact on governance standards and member outcomes within UK occupational pension schemes.
You'll ideally be an experienced pensions professional with a strong background in scheme secretarial work, governance, and project management. Confidence in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and navigating complex pension legislation is key. Experience in business development, team leadership, and a relevant professional qualification (e.g., APMI/FPMI) would be advantageous.
The role entails leading client accounts, managing pension scheme operations, overseeing governance, and driving internal process improvements. You'll contribute to new business initiatives, mentor team members, and help shape future services.
