Job summary

Seccl is seeking an experienced Operations delivery lead for its Pensions operations team in Bath/Edinburgh on a hybrid model with two days in office. You will own the operational delivery of SIPP and ISA products, building scalable processes, controls, and a team of specialists to support tax wrappers and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to design workflows, improve controls, and ensure customer outcomes while driving continuous improvement and delivery

Qualifications

• Operational leadership experience within platforms, wealth management or fintechs.
• Data driven mindset with experience using MI and operational metrics to drive decisions.
• Ability to communicate confidently and influence stakeholders across teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of SIPP and ISA operations.
• Lead, coach and develop a growing team of operations specialists.
• Ensure delivery of operational SLAs, SLOs and customer outcomes.
• Build workforce planning, capacity forecasting and resource models.
• Drive operational readiness for new client onboarding and product launches.
• Act as escalation point for incidents and coordinate response.
