Job Description:

Description: You will be supporting Project Managers and Implementation Consultants through the efficient delivery of project tasks and mentoring and coaching Implementation Analysts.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Analyse Calculation requirements
2. Undertake system configuration, data analysis, and testing
3. Upload and download system data
4. Participate in client meetings and project status calls
5. Liaise with clients, third parties, and Capita departments
6. Support the technical development of our technology platforms through participation in new and/or enhanced developments
7. Provide support to the line manager in the effective management of staff under their control
8. Support the production of requirements documentation
9. Facilitate internal and external system training when required

What we’re looking for:

1. End-to-end experience of the project lifecycle with examples of participation in all stages
2. Ability to draft automated Excel calculators with basic formulas
3. Data manipulation skills with good accuracy and understanding of pension member records, relationships, schemes, and calculations
4. Ability to draft and interpret calculation proformas and scenario matrices
5. Ability to draft and check test plans detailing expected results and system updates
