We are recruiting experienced Defined Benefit pensions professionals to join us as a Senior Pensions Data Specialist to deliver data services to our clients, which include data and benefit audits, preparing data strategies and plans, and undertaking various pension rectifications, including GMP rectification and equalisation.
While we continue to help clients meet their GMP objectives, the data challenges they face are becoming more diverse, providing a great chance to work across a broad spectrum of areas and add tangible value to clients and pension scheme members.
The Role: You will create and customize bulk tools and solutions, direct and review work done by others, and take responsibility for successful delivery. You should be comfortable communicating technical issues clearly to a broad audience. It is expected that you will be highly numerate with good analytical skills, experienced with modern software, and have an interest in programming and developing technological solutions for clients. Good organization skills and core project management behaviors are also essential. Experience in pension rectification exercises, as well as advanced data and benefit auditing and cleansing of pension data, is advantageous.
