Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience delivering thematic compliance reviews in pensions, asset/wealth management.
• Knowledge of The Pensions Regulator requirements and General Code of Practice.
• Understanding of UK occupational pensions (DB, DC, Master Trust) and pension administration processes.
• Working knowledge of FCA rules relevant to retail financial services.
• Clear writing and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage reviews independently while collaborating with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead thematic reviews across the annual monitoring plan.
• Assess compliance, identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Produce terms of reference and action-oriented reports.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide constructive challenge.
• Track agreed actions through to completion.
• Share expertise across the team and support wider monitoring activity.
