Job summary

KPMG International Cooperative is seeking a Senior Manager to lead pensions advisory engagements, manage client relationships and deliver high‑quality governance and funding advice from offices across the UK, including London, Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol.

You will provide technical leadership, support Partners, drive growth, and develop capable, inclusive teams while overseeing endgame planning, DB funding, and complex due diligence activities.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager pensions advisory experience gained in a consultancy or Big Four.
• Qualified actuary FIA or equivalent.
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management.
• Experience with defined benefit valuations and funding.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined benefit pensions engagements and maintain client relationships.
• Advise on journey planning, risk management and endgame options.
• Sign off actuarial work and ensure quality procedures.
• Manage engagement finances, budgeting and billing.
• Coach and develop colleagues and teams.
• Enhance delivery using approved technology and data insights.
