XPS Group is seeking a Pensions Administrator to support defined benefit schemes from its Portsmouth office. The role focuses on accurate pension administration, data handling, and customer service within a team-based, client-facing environment.

You will work on DB and other scheme types, contribute to project work, and assist in mentoring junior colleagues while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in DB (defined benefit) schemes and pensions administration.
• Solid numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Mentoring or supporting junior staff is desirable.
