• Providing technical Pensions Administration services, calculating and making payments of scheme benefits.
• Training and mentoring junior team members, helping develop their knowledge.
• Checking and authorising colleagues' work.
• Applying benefit structures, trust deeds & rules, and pensions legislation.
• Supporting the Administration Manager to meet departmental deadlines.
• Handling queries from HMRC and DWP, and liaising with clients, scheme actuaries, and third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
• Responding to technical queries from members via phone, email, and letter.
