• Providing technical Pensions Administration services, calculating, and making payments of scheme benefits.
• Training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Checking and authorizing work of team members.
• Applying benefit structures, trust deed & rules, and pensions legislation.
• Supporting the Administration Manager to meet deadlines.
• Handling queries from HMRC and DWP, liaising with clients, scheme actuaries, and third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
• Responding to technical member queries via phone, email, and letter.
