Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Senior Consulting Actuary to join our UK Financial Consulting team. You will own key client relationships and lead complex actuarial projects from strategy to execution for sponsors of defined benefit schemes.

Qualifications

Qualified actuary with FIA/FFA status and consulting experience.
Experience in managing senior client relationships and complex stakeholders.
Autonomous, self-starter with strong ownership of outcomes.
Commercially aware with ability to identify and convert opportunities.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of key client relationships and act as trusted adviser to sponsors and trustees.
Lead delivery of complex actuarial projects from strategy through execution.
Provide expert funding, risk management and pension strategy advice.
Identify and develop new business opportunities leveraging broking relationships.
Support and lead client pitches and contribute to practice growth.
Mentor and develop junior colleagues within the team.
