In this role, you'll act as a technical reference point for colleagues, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality service across a diverse portfolio of clients. Your leadership will help shape best practices and ensure service standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
Mentoring, training, and quality-checking the work of junior team members
Supporting project work, including complaint resolution and process improvements
Collaborating closely with the team to meet performance targets and SLAs
