The Role:
The Senior Pensions Administrator reports to the Head of Payroll and Pensions and leads the company's pension scheme. Responsibilities include attending trustee meetings, monitoring provider performance, applying pension legislation, supporting auto-enrolment, and acting as the main contact for HR, Payroll, and The Pensions Regulator. The role also involves driving process improvements, supporting staff education on pensions, and ensuring an excellent employee experience through accurate data and communication.
This is a hybrid role, requiring up to 2 days per week in Birmingham Office and travel to other sites as needed.
