Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking a Band 7 Highly Specialist Children’s Physiotherapist for a part-time role (0.45 WTE, ~2 days/week) on a 4‑month contract from 22 Sept 2026 to 31 Dec 2026, paying up to £31 per hour. Qualifications

• Must be a Band 7 Highly Specialist Physiotherapist.
• Experience with complex pediatric cases.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist physiotherapy services to children and young people with complex needs.
• Undertake complex physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and review individual physiotherapy programmes.
• Manage a specialist school-based caseload, ensuring high standards of care.
• Order, prescribe, and review specialist equipment tailored for each child.
• Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews with expert insights.
• Complete detailed annual review reports and make relevant recommendations.
• Liaise effectively with families, carers, and education staff.
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Support the delivery of therapeutic programmes within the school setting.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor outcome measures to ensure effective treatment.
