Job summary

EY in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Private Equity Compliance & Regulatory Management team. You will liaise with GCSPs, oversee annual goals, and coordinate across service lines to ensure independence requirements are met for PE accounts.

You will work with senior client stakeholders, develop training on SEC/UK/EU rules, and guide risk management across geographies while delivering compliant services and enabling firm growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a risk / compliance function or assurance
• Commercial awareness of business issues
• Strong project management skills and ability to balance a varied workload

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in the PE account support team, liaising with GCSPs.
• Oversee goals and supervise managers and L2s.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders and PE management to gather information and address queries.
• Develop and deliver training on Independence rules for GCSPs and PE teams.
• Collaborate across service lines and geographies to educate clients on regulatory restrictions for PE accounts.
• Coordinate complex projects and resolutions with GCSPs and independence function.
