Qualifications

• 5+ years of PCB or electronics inspection experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final visual and mechanical inspection using microscopes, magnifiers, and measurement tools.
• Verify conformity to IPC-A-610/IPC-600, drawings, BOMs, and customer specifications.
• Identify defects including solder issues, misalignment, contamination, missing components, and physical damage.
• Document inspection results and raise non-conformances where required.
• Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement with production and quality teams.

Skills

Strong knowledge of PCB/electronic assembly processes

Ability to interpret technical drawings and quality standards

High attention to detail and strong defect-spotting capability

Competent with microscopes, calipers, and inspection equipment

Good documentation and communication skills

Self-motivated, quality-focused, and able to work independently

Education

IPC-A-610 or IPC-600 certification
