Job summary

MBDA UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Inspection Associate to support a busy manufacturing environment. The role focuses on PCB inspection, reading assembly drawings, and ensuring builds meet required specifications with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

You will work closely with Operators, Engineering and Quality to address issues, support continuous improvements and maintain high workmanship standards on complex missile systems.

Qualifications

• Electrical/apprenticeship or equivalent Level 3 qualification required.
• Experience reading and understanding assembly drawings and planning instructions.
• Experience with PCBs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect completed hardware against drawings and specifications to ensure integrity.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment aligned with 5S policies.
• Meet time, cost and quality targets for production milestones.
• Ensure assembly costs are managed within planned budgets.
• Uphold workmanship standards and product quality across builds.
• Process non-conformances and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Operators, Engineering and Quality for continuous improvements.
