Autograph Recruitment is seeking a Payroll Officer/Manager for a permanent, full-time position in Cardiff. This role involves processing payrolls for various clients, managing BACS payments, and submitting HMRC returns.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing and be proficient in BrightPay, Sage, and Xero, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication is essential for providing high-level service to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing within an accountancy practice or payroll bureau.
• Proficient in using BrightPay, Sage, and Xero.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Managing BACS payments and submitting HMRC returns.
• Communicating directly with clients, providing high-level service.
