Senior Payroll Specialist – up to 55K – Central London - Hybrid

I am working with a well-loved global brand that is currently looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their HR team based in London. The role reports to the Head of HR, focusing on processing UK & EMEA payrolls, and supporting various ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing UK and EMEA payrolls via ADP and bureau for Irish payroll
• Reviewing processes and controls to ensure they are fit for purpose and implementing improvements
• Processing all new starters and leavers, liaising with hiring managers as needed
• Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Supporting the Head of HR with reports for different business areas
• Ideally having experience in a sole payroll role
• ADP experience is a plus but not essential
