Senior Payroll Specialist – up to 55K – Newcastle-upon-Tyne – Hybrid

I am working with a well-loved global brand that is currently looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their HR function based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The role will report to the Head of HR, focusing on processing UK & EMEA payrolls, and supporting various ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll for UK and EMEA via ADP and bureau for Irish payroll
• Reviewing processes and controls, assessing their effectiveness, and implementing improvements
• Processing all new starters and leavers, liaising with hiring managers as needed
• Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Supporting the Head of HR with additional reports for different areas of the business
• Ideally having experience in a sole payroll role
• ADP experience is preferred but not essential
