Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our client, a well-known global brand, based in London. The role focuses on processing UK & EMEA payrolls and supporting ongoing projects within the HR function. The position reports to the Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Processing payroll for UK and EMEA regions using ADP and bureau services for Irish payroll.
2. Reviewing and improving payroll processes and controls.
3. Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, liaising with hiring managers.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
5. Supporting the Head of HR with reporting and other HR-related tasks.
6. Preferably experience in a standalone payroll role.
7. Experience with ADP is advantageous but not essential.
