Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to deliver enterprise software solutions for major UK clients. The role focuses on configuring software to meet client needs, gathering requirements and supporting data migrations throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and provide training and knowledge transfer to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Experience configuring business applications or software platforms.
• Background within pensions, payroll, financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• Understanding of business processes and workflow configuration.

Responsibilities

• Configure enterprise software solutions to meet client requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements through client workshops.
• Configure workflows, calculations, interfaces and reports.
• Support data migrations and system implementations.
• Troubleshoot calculation and configuration issues.
• Deliver client training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Work closely with Product, Development and Professional Services teams.
