Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for multiple entities and countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll-related matters, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing
  • Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Stay informed of relevant local regulatory and policy changes, communicating and establishing key changes across teams
  • Work cross-functionally to provide expertise on local payroll and HR matters
  • Respond to complex payroll and HR related questions from employees and clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • 7+ years of experience processing payroll for multiple entities and countries
  • Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll and HR
  • Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to different audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with implementation of new payrolls on an industry recognized payroll solution required
  • Experience in multiple country jurisdictions
