Job summary

EnerMech is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support our global workforce. The role focuses on preparing payroll input for outsourced providers, processing expenses, and assisting with P11D submissions.

You will collaborate with HR to ensure accurate data for payroll processing, resolve payroll questions for employees, and contribute to efficient, compliant payroll operations across a large employee base.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll coordination/administration experience.
• Experience in high-volume payroll environments (1000+ employees) with strong Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll input information for outsourced payroll service provider.
• Process employee expense claims and credit card statements.
• Assist with preparation and submission of P11Ds.
• Meet with HR to ensure data requirements for payroll processing are met.
• Resolve payroll issues and inquiries from employees in a timely manner.

The Role and Responsibilities

• Preparation of payroll input information for outsourced payroll service provider
• Processing of employee expense claims & credit card
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of P11D's
• Meeting with HR to ensure all relevant data requirements are met for payroll processing
• Resolving payroll issues and inquiries from employees in a timely manne

The Requirements

• To be successful for this role you will have previous experience in a hands on payroll coordinator/administration role.
• You will be skilled in high volume payroll environments (e.g. 1000+ employees) and hold strong Excel skills.
• You will have strong attention to detail and numerical skills and good communication skills both written and verbal.
