Senior Payroll Administrator

Warwickshire Up to GBP22 per hour

We're working with a leading financial services organisation in South Warwickshire that's looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join its HR team on a fixed-term basis.

You'll be part of a friendly, established payroll team, making sure employees and pensioners are paid accurately and on time, and being the go-to person for payroll and pension queries.

What you'll be doing

• Processing payroll from start to finish, including new starters, leavers and changes
• Administering pension processes for employees and pensioners
• Answering payroll and pension queries from staff, managers and third parties
• Keeping processes up to date with legislation and company policy
• Supporting payroll projects and year-end activity

What you'll bring

• Solid hands-on payroll experience, ideally in a team processing over 1,000 employees
• Confidence manually calculating SSP, SMP, SPP, PAYE, NI and holiday pay
• Good knowledge of tax codes, RTI, workplace pensions and salary sacrifice
• Experience with ResourceLink or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
• A CIPP qualification would be great, but isn't essential
