Job summary

Oxford Saïd Business School is seeking an Associate Director, Clients & Markets to lead strategic partnerships, engage senior government officials, and drive growth across high-value clients in executive education.

You will manage £1m–£2m portfolios, shape long-term strategies, and collaborate with faculty to deliver transformational learning experiences that generate public value and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building high-value strategic client relationships.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders including C-suite executives.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth in Executive Education or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow strategic relationships with major organisations globally.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with senior government officials and decision-makers.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies across an established client portfolio.
• Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities.
• Lead complex bids, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with faculty and commercial teams to design impactful executive learning solutions.
• Act as senior relationship lead for key client relationships and ensure long-term partnership success.
• Represent Oxford Saïd Business School at industry events and market activities.
