Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment Inc is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director to lead Partner Success for a high-volume portfolio within Marketing Partnerships. You will drive day-to-day delivery, coordinate with the Head of Account Management, and ensure plans are executed with excellence across festivals and live events.

You will build strong partner relationships, identify growth opportunities, and streamline processes and tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing partnerships for entertainment or sport brands.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of a wide portfolio of varied clients and partnerships.
• Aiding partners with taking a plan into execution, ensuring actions are progressing and deadlines are met.
• Provide clear status updates to the partner and Head of Account Management.
• Manage partner expectations effectively and raise potential challenges early.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key Live Nation teams to ensure program delivery and results.
• Develop understanding of client’s business and identify opportunities for business and/or brand growth.
