Job summary

• Significant experience in partnership servicing, account management, sponsorship, or a related commercial environment.
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify renewal and growth opportunities.
• Experience delivering activation plans, performance reporting and partner review processes.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent service and creating long‑term partnership success.
