Qualifications

• Deep understanding of attribution, econometrics, and experimentation in unified measurement.
• Ability to engage executive teams with evidence-based insights.
• Experience pricing, packaging and scaling measurement/data services.

Responsibilities

• Unified Effectiveness View: reconcile attribution, econometrics and experiments into a defensible view of marketing performance.
• Decision-Driven Measurement: ensure empirical evidence shapes client budgets and forecasting.
• Repeatable Service Delivery: establish governance, standard plans, validation and client readouts.
• Board-Level Trust: build credibility with marketing and finance leaders and boards.
• Independent Advocacy: defend measurement independent of platform self-reporting.
• Build and Partner Strategy: decide where to build vs. partner capabilities.
• Product and Science Collaboration: lead commercial strategy while collaborating with data scientists.
• Commercial Growth: drive revenue and margin for Measurement within the data offer.
• Unified Data Offer: work with Signals and Insights to provide a cohesive data proposition.
• Team Development: mentor a high-performing team with strong standards.
