Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Partner Marketing Specialist to be a driving force behind our regional demand generation strategy in the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the Marketing Director UK & Ireland, you will own the end-to-end execution of high-impact, joint partner marketing activities designed to skyrocket awareness and generate pipeline. This is a critical, highly visible role where you will collaborate with sales and our valued partner ecosystem, directly contributing to Celonis' ambitious growth targets.

What You’ll Achieve:
  • Regional Strategy Ownership: Evolve, execute, and own the partner marketing strategy for the UK & Ireland. Work hand-in-hand with Partner Management and Field Marketing to deliver on key business objectives, including significant pipeline generation.
  • Campaign & Content Master: Conceptualize and launch innovative, multi-channel joint marketing campaigns and initiatives with our partners. Coordinate the creation of compelling co-branded assets, case studies, and success stories that tell a powerful story of mutual value.
  • High-Impact Events: Coordinate and participate in major partner-related events, conferences, trade shows, and webinars. Ensure joint activities are flawlessly executed and measurably successful.
  • Ecosystem Builder: Cultivate and nurture deep, high-trust relationships with external partners, serving as their primary marketing point of contact. Internally, operate as a cross‑functional leader, collaborating with our peers in Content, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
  • Data-Driven Optimizer: Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates. Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to continuously optimize our marketing investment.
Experience That Counts:
  • 2+ years of dedicated, results‑oriented experience in partner demand generation, ideally within the high-growth tech industry.
  • Proven Program Success: Demonstrated expertise in building and executing data-driven, multi-channel marketing programs (to, through, and with partners) that successfully optimize reach, awareness, and nurture.
  • Stakeholder Excellence: Strong track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships, securing buy-in for strategic initiatives, and managing budgets/pipe targets across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Mindset for Growth: An ability to think strategically, execute with meticulous attention to detail, prioritize aggressively, and consistently deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Communication Power: Advanced English language skills, coupled with strong presentation skills and the confidence to communicate and influence cross-functional leaders.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel 10-20% of the time within the region to support events and partner meetings.
