Job summary

Rgh-Global Limited in Knutsford is seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join an established financial planning team. You will deliver high-quality technical and research support for a diverse client base, preparing detailed, compliant suitability reports and analyses.

The role involves case ownership across initial advice to completion, working closely with Financial Advisers and support teams in a hybrid, full-time setting. Strong report-writing and pensions/investment knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in paraplanning within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
• Provides high-quality, compliant technical reports and recommendations.
• Ability to analyse client information and translate into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate suitability reports and recommendation letters.
• Conduct research and analyse clients’ existing financial arrangements.
• Review portfolios and identify improvements for financial planning.
• Provide technical guidance to Financial Advisers on planning matters.
• Research pensions, investments and life products.
• Support advisers with planning strategies and documentation.
• Produce product research, illustrations and supporting docs.
• Own paraplanning cases from instruction to completion.
