Rgh-Global Limited in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to provide technical input behind high-quality financial planning recommendations. You will work closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners to deliver robust, compliant analysis.

The role covers pensions, investments, retirement, taxation and estate planning, with hybrid working and a clear path to professional progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Paraplanner in a regulated financial planning environment.
• Experience producing suitability reports and technical research.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and wider financial planning.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex client circumstances and identify planning opportunities.
• Conduct detailed technical research and product analysis.
• Preparing accurate, clear and compliant suitability reports.
• Supporting advisers throughout the advice and implementation process.
• Using cashflow modelling, risk profiling and research tools.
• Keeping up to date with regulatory, legislative and taxation changes.
• Providing technical guidance and helping maintain high standards across the advice team.
