Qualifications

• Previous Paraplanner or Senior Paraplanner experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and financial planning.
• Excellent report-writing and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Working towards Level 4 Diploma; Chartered status advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and write detailed suitability reports and recommendations.
• Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
• Analyse existing client arrangements and identify planning opportunities.
• Provide technical support to Financial Advisers on complex cases.
• Assist with cashflow modelling and financial planning strategies.
• Ensure all work meets regulatory and compliance standards.
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
