Job summary

Eden Scott seeks an experienced Paraplanner & IFA Administration Team Manager to join a central Glasgow wealth planning practice. You will lead four paraplanners (2 seniors, 2 trainees) and four IFA administrators, driving performance, recruitment support and process improvements to deliver outstanding client service.

The successful candidate will shape team development, ensure FCA compliance and collaborate with senior stakeholders to support ambitious growth plans. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) required.
• Proven leadership of Paraplanning and IFA Administration teams.
• Experience with coaching, 1:1s, appraisals and recruitment support.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and client servicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Paraplanning and IFA Administration teams.
• Oversee workflows, performance, and resource planning.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and career progression for staff.
• Collaborate with Advisers and Directors on growth initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of technical support and compliance.
