Job summary

Eden Rose, a well-established independent financial planning firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their growing technical team. You will work closely with Financial Advisers on complex client cases, provide technical expertise and help maintain high standards of client delivery.

The role offers opportunities to mentor junior Paraplanners and Administrators, conduct cashflow modelling and retirement planning analysis, and stay up to date with industry legislation and FCA

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' paraplanning experience.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is required.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, trusts and protection.
• Excellent ability to write complex suitability reports.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning.
• Conduct detailed technical research and provide recommendations to Financial Advisers.
• Carry out cashflow modelling and retirement planning analysis.
• Research investment funds, platforms and providers.
• Support advisers with complex client cases and technical queries.
• Mentor and support junior Paraplanners and Administrators.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure FCA compliance at all times.
