Finlink Ltd is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support Financial Planners in delivering high-quality advice for high-net-worth clients. The role involves detailed research, cash-flow forecasting, and producing clear suitability reports. You will liaise with providers and manage multiple cases with strong technical knowledge.

The position offers hybrid working with three days in the office and a competitive salary up to £40,000, with potential for progression as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Previous paraplanning experience within financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Progress towards or completion of Level 4 financial planning qualification preferred.
• Experience using industry platforms and back-office systems is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and liaise with advisers and providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research on complex financial planning cases.
• Prepare cash-flow forecasts and comprehensive suitability reports.
• Assess pensions, investments, protection and tax planning solutions.
• Maintain accurate records on internal systems and assist advisers for client meetings.
• Respond to technical queries, progress cases through the advice process and identify process improvements.
