Job summary

Hoxton Wealth is seeking a Paraplanner to support our financial advisors in delivering comprehensive wealth planning and investment guidance to clients. You will conduct research, prepare reports, and help implement investment strategies while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

With a strong background in financial planning, you will collaborate across teams, monitor client portfolios, and contribute to accurate, timely client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of client financial information to support financial advisors in developing financial plans and investment recommendations.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement investment strategies for clients.
• Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance.
• Act as a liaison between clients and financial advisors, responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
