Job summary

Hoxton Wealth Group is seeking a qualified financial planner to retain and grow a client bank, delivering holistic financial planning. You will integrate financial, tax and legal planning to meet client objectives and use the firm’s investment proposition to maximise outcomes.

The role requires UK regulatory experience and a client-first attitude with strong communication and analytical skills to build flexible plans.

Qualifications

• QCF Level 4 qualification as a minimum.
• Previous Financial Planning experience in a UK regulated firm.
• A genuine client-first attitude and focus on outcomes.
• Excellent communication; explain complex concepts clearly to clients.
• Strong questioning, listening, and cashflow analysis to build flexible financial plans.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow a client bank allocated by the business.
• Deliver holistic financial planning services for clients’ objectives.
• Draw together financial, tax, and legal planning in one place.
• Generate client referrals and cross referrals to in-house teams.
• Maximise use of the HWM Centralised Investment Proposition.
