Job summary

Pluxee UK Ltd is seeking a Senior Paralegal (FTC) to support the in-house legal function with drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, data protection matters and compliance activities.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will manage a varied workload, escalate high-risk issues, and help improve policies, records and contract templates in a fast-paced, UK-based environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience supporting commercial legal matters at senior paralegal or equivalent level.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating customer and supplier agreements.
• Experience working in-house or in a fast-paced commercial legal or contracts environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts including customer and supplier agreements, NDAs, data processing agreements and terms.
• Manage a varied portfolio of contracts independently within agreed parameters.
• Identify legal and commercial risks and escalate high-risk issues promptly.
• Support contract completion by coordinating stakeholder input, approvals and signatures.
• Provide practical legal input on contract-related queries and business approvals.
