Job summary

Pluxee, based in Milton Keynes, seeks a Senior Paralegal (FTC) to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts while handling legal, compliance and data protection matters. Work closely with the Head of Legal to manage risks and provide practical guidance.

This is a hands-on senior role in a lean legal function, ideal for someone looking to deepen in-house experience. You'll handle diverse agreements, support day-to-day legal queries, and help improve policy and process robustness within a

Qualifications

Substantial experience supporting commercial legal matters at senior paralegal level.
Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating customer, supplier and other commercial agreements.
Experience in-house or in a fast-paced commercial legal or contracts environment.
Experience supporting compliance and data protection activities.
Ability to identify and explain legal and commercial risk, escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts.
Provide practical legal input to non-legal stakeholders on contract-related queries.
Support teams with contract negotiations, interpretation and day-to-day legal queries.
Maintain policies, registers, trackers and evidence of completed actions.
Support contract lifecycle management and maintain accurate contract records.
