Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent is seeking a Senior Paralegal for a 3 Month FTC to join the construction and procurement legal team. The role focuses on construction, procurement, and commercial contracts with emphasis on contract management and risk identification.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction or related fields, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as a senior paralegal.
• Experience in construction, procurement or commercial contracts.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Commercially minded and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication with non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
